Referral Criteria, Clinical Workflow & MDT
Coordination

We partner with referring physicians across the region to provide timely evaluation, multidisciplinary case review, and coordinated fetal therapy.

Referral Criteria

We accept referrals for any of the following indications:

  • Suspected fetal structural anomaly on routine ultrasound

  • Abnormal NIPT or chromosomal screening result

  • Fetal cardiac defect requiring echocardiographic evaluation

  • Twin pregnancy with suspected TTTS, TRAP, selective IUGR or discordant anomaly

  • Fetal hydrops (immune or non-immune)

  • Myelomeningocele / Spina bifida diagnosed prenatally

  • Severe CDH with poor prognostic markers (LHR, O/E ratio)

  • High-risk obstetrics: preeclampsia, preterm labour, multiple pregnancy

  • Lower urinary tract obstruction (LUTO) with concern for renal function

  • Fetal tumor (SCT, neck mass, thoracic mass) requiring evaluation or intervention

  • Fetal anemia (Rh disease, parvovirus B19, alloimmunization)

  • Amniotic band syndrome with threatened limb or vital structure

  • Request for invasive testing (CVS, amniocentesis, cordocentesis)

  • Placenta accreta spectrum — planning and delivery coordination
